Civil 3D Technician

MAS Consulting Engineers is looking for a Civil 3D Technician to join our growing team in Fort Worth. If you enjoy producing high-quality construction plans and want to work on projects that make a lasting impact on local communities, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Civil 3D Technician, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a variety of municipal and private development projects throughout North Texas. You'll play an important role in transforming engineering concepts into construction-ready plans while continuing to grow your technical skills.

What You'll Work On

Projects may include:

• Water distribution systems

• Sanitary sewer systems

• Storm drainage systems

• Roadway and paving improvements

• Site development and grading

• Utility infrastructure improvements

• Municipal capital improvement projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Develop plan, profile, cross section, and detail sheets

• Create and edit surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and pipe networks

• Assist with grading and utility layouts

• Prepare exhibits and supporting graphics for project deliverables

• Revise plans based on internal QA/QC reviews and agency comments

• Coordinate with engineers and project managers throughout the design process

• Participate in occasional field visits to verify existing conditions and support project development

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Experience preparing civil engineering construction plans

• Knowledge of municipal infrastructure, roadway, drainage, utility, or land development projects

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver's license preferred
