Why Intern at MAS?

At MAS Consulting Engineers, interns are part of the team. You'll sit with the engineers doing the work, attend project meetings, and receive assignments that contribute to real deliverables. Our size means your questions get answered by the person who designed the system rather than routed through three layers of management.

We believe the best engineers are developed through mentorship, hands-on experience, and meaningful responsibility. That philosophy starts at the internship level. The skills you build here, including Civil 3D proficiency, plan reading, and agency coordination, are the same ones firms look for when hiring EITs after graduation.
