Rockwood Addition - Phase 1 & Phase 2 Improvements

MAS provided civil engineering services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Rockwood addition, a single-family residential subdivision, in Mansfield, Texas.

The first two phases of the subdivision included 206 single-family residential lots. Improvements included over 8,200 linear feet of roadway, water, wastewater and storm sewer, and water quality improvements. This project also included a detailed downstream assessment with hydrologic and hydraulic models to design the in-line stormwater detention pond.

From conceptual planning to the design and construction, we were proud and grateful to be involved with this beautiful subdivision of luxury homes.
